He graduated from the Russian State Technological University named after K.E. Tsiolkovsky (MATI) as an engineer specializing in "Standardization and certification" in 2007.

More than ten years of experience in conformity assessment is related to successful projects on certification, supplier evaluation, inspections, investigation of the causes of accidents, development and implementation of management systems, accreditation and supervision procedures, incl. RvA accreditation (the Dutch Council for Accreditation).
