The technical regulations of the Customs Union were initially developed according to the Agreement on Common Principles and Rules of Technical Regulation in the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation dated on November 18th, 2010 and applied to products released into circulation on the united customs territory of the Customs Union.
After the entry into force on January 1st, 2015 of Eurasian Economic Union Treaty dated on May 29th 2014, technical regulations are developed based on the general principles of technical regulation established by the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and apply to products put into circulation within the framework of a united economic space consisting of territories of EAEU member states. Currently, the Eurasian Economic Union includes: the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation.
Within the framework of the customs union of the EAEU member states, there is a united “Commodity Nomenclature for the Foreign Economic Activity of the Eurasian Economic Union” (EAEC). EAEU technical regulations apply only to products included in the unified list of products approved by the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) for which mandatory requirements are established within the EAEU.

He has been engaged in scientific research and material expertise at the rocket engine manufacturing enterprise of JSC NPO “Energomash” named after academician V.P.Glushko since 2005.
