INSPECTION
Examination of a product, process, service, or installation or their design and determination of its conformity with specific requirements or, on the basis of professional judgment, with general requirements.
Third party inspections can guarantee to receive products or services of contractors in accordance with the requirements of the Customer with minimal costs and minimal risks of achieving the set goals in the following areas:
- Inspection of equipment under pressure, pumping and electrical equipment at manufacturing factories in order to meet the Customer’s requirements (equipment acceptance);
- Inspection of the construction processes of facilities in the field of quality, occupational health and safety, and ecology (technical supervision);
- Inspection (supervising) of current and workover processes of wells;
- Expediting;
- Suppliers’ assessment by a third party.
Inspection services are provided by the VERTEST employees in cooperation with Intertek Russia - global leader in the inspection market.
Inspection of equipment under pressure, pumping and electrical equipment at manufacturing factories in order to meet the Customer’s requirements (equipment acceptance)
This service is provided for the purposes of the organization related to the guaranteed purchase of equipment in accordance with procurement requirements. During the inspection, the delivery time of the equipment (compliance with the production plan, logistics) is also controlled. The control of delivery deadlines is of a preventive nature, allowing to correct production processes. Our employees have experience in production activities, are certified as non-destructive testing specialists and have knowledge of critical control points in the production and testing of equipment.
The inspection consists of the following steps:
- Inspection planning (inspection goals, inspection criteria, inspection plan, labor costs).
- Inspecting on the territory of the manufacturer in accordance with the inspection plan (daily, monthly reports).
- Registration of the final results of the inspection (final report, presentation).
Inspection of the construction processes of facilities in the field of quality, occupational safety and health, and ecology (technical supervision)
This service is provided in order to comply with the requirements of construction documentation for construction projects, compliance with the requirements for safe performance of work by the personnel of construction organizations, compliance with environmental requirements (legal requirements in the field of occupational health and safety, industrial safety, electrical safety, fire safety and ecology). The criteria for assessment of inspection process are the absence of claims from the operating organization of facilities functioning during the warranty period, the absence of accidents during the construction of facilities and the absence of regulatory authorities orders in the field of ecology during the construction process.
The inspection consists of the following steps:
- Inspection planning (inspection goals, inspection criteria, inspection plan, labor costs).
- Inspecting of the facility in accordance with the inspection plan on the construction site (daily, monthly reports).
- Registration of the final results of the inspection (final report, presentation).
Inspection (supervising) of current and workover processes of wells
This service is provided for the purpose of operational control over the course of maintenance and workover of wells by the Customer. Inspection (supervising) of well workover allows the Customer to reduce financial losses by controlling non-productive time, quality of well workover, compliance with the requirements of legislation in the field of occupational health and safety, and ecology, achievement of well workover goals.
Supervisors not only supervise well workovers, but also provide recommendations on workover technology to achieve the best result.
The inspection consists of the following steps:
- Inspection planning (inspection goals, inspection criteria, inspection plan, labor costs).
- Inspection at wells in accordance with the inspection plan (daily reports).
- Registration of the final results of the inspection (monthly report, presentation).
Expediting
Expediting is a service for monitoring the progress of deliveries, terms and volumes of construction with an assessment of the risks of fulfilling the requirements of the Customer.
The correct implementation of expediting services is essential for the planned execution of construction works, the timely delivery of equipment and materials, reduces potential penalties regarding the non-compliance of the construction completion date with the planned dates and provides the necessary recommendations to prevent their non-compliance.
Expediting is carried out at all stages of facility construction, starting with the approval of the terms of reference, development, coordination and approval of project documentation and ending with the process of carrying out construction and installation works and putting the object into operation. Expediting can be carried out at any particular stage of construction or based on the results of existing unsatisfactory situations with the deadlines for the implementation of work schedules.
Suppliers’ assessment by a third party
Assessment of potential suppliers of materials and components according to the requirements of the Customer by a third party (an independent organization) is a tool for managing the quality of supplies. This activity in organizations refers to the procurement process. With positive results, the company is included in the list of approved suppliers.
Supplier assessment consists of the following steps:
- Audit planning (determination of audit goals, labor costs, development and approval of audit plan).
- Auditing on the territory of a potential supplier.
- Registration of the final results of the audit with the registration of critical, major and minor nonconformities, recommendations for improvements (audit report).
- Control of nonconformity correction (nonconformity report).
