The certification scheme used for certification of mass-produced units included the following procedures:

• acceptance of an application for certification from a legal entity registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;
• adoption by the certification body of a decision on the application;
• documentation analysis;
• ampling, identification of samples and its testing;
• analysis of production state at Altec Industries, Inc. in the United States of America;
• analysis of the results and decision on the issuance of a certificate of conformity;
• issuing a certificate of conformity.

The certification scheme also provides for inspection of certified units.
