PROCEDURE FOR CERTIFICATION OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The customer submits an application for certification. |

APPLICATION ANALYSIS |

The certification body analyzes the application with an assessment of the ability to perform the certification service. |

DECISION MAKING |

In case of a positive decision, a contract and an agreement is concluded. |

FIRST STAGE AUDIT |
|
The certification body conducts the 1st stage of the audit: analysis of the documentation and a visit to assess the readiness for the 2nd stage of the audit. |

SECOND STAGE AUDIT |

The certification body conducts the 2nd stage of the audit to assess the compliance of the customer's management system with the requirements of relevant standard. |

DECISION MAKING, CERTIFICATE REGISTRATION |

The certification body analyzes and decides to issue (refuse to issue) a certificate for a period of 3 years and registers it. |

INSPECTION CHECK-UP |

CERTIFICATION COST AND TERM
